Rodney Larson
Senior Pastor
As the primary teaching pastor, I provide leadership for our staff and Elder Board and vision-cast for church growth and kingdom impact.
I have been married to Joanne for 38 years: we have 4 married children and 12 wonderful grandkids (our favorite)!
I enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoy helping believers in Christ grow in faith, be better equipped for the work of ministry. I love God and his people. I am complete in Christ (Col. 1:28, 2:10).
I am working at finishing well with God's grace in my ministries.
Peter Fanchi
Family Life Director
Adult Discipleship + Small Group Ministries Director
I have been married to Chelsea for nearly 19 years. God has blessed us with the privilege to shepherd the hearts of five children. Together, we serve as the Directors of Family Ministry. In addition to this I oversee Salem’s adult discipleship and small group ministries.
In my free time, I like to read, sail boats, make furniture and explore this incredible place we live with my family.
Joe Mousseau
Music Ministiry Director
I oversee BAYNET youth ministry (23 years) and Salem music and tech (15 years).
John the Baptist said it best: “I am not worthy to untie (Christ’s) sandals…he (Christ) must increase, I must decrease.”
Cheryl Richardson
Church Life Director
I provide support for daily operations, enter and maintain donations database, reserve spaces for the use of Salem’s building.
I’m a wife, mom and grandma looking forward to getting caught-up (I know, it’ll probably never happen, but it’s a nice thought) and spending more time with family and friends and quilting.
Chelsea Fanchi
Family Life Director
Along with my husband, Peter Fanchi, I am the co-Director of Family Life Ministries at Salem. It is an incredible blessing to come alongside families in the discipleship of their children and in the building up of the family.
We have five spunky kids and a menagerie of animals all that we enjoy and are a blessing from God.
I love playing outside in God’s creation with our family and friends…. Hikes, boat rides, backyard bocce/wiffleball/kickball, gardening, swimming, sitting in the stillness of the outdoors, really any opportunity to take in and enjoy the common Grace from the Father… what a JOY!
Joan Branch
Custodian
Manages cleanliness of the building, oversees event set up and cares for miscellaneous needs of the church. Also, with great enthusiasm, instructs the 2-3 year old children.
I manage repairs as needed, help set up for events and care for the grounds through all seasons.
